Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
Terms and Conditions May Change
Sew Cherished reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
RETURN POLICY
Any sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns on books, charts, or patterns out of respect for the designers and potential copyright issues. There are no returns on cut fabrics. If you are uncertain of a color or fabric we are happy to send you a swatch before ordering. Please contact us with any other questions.
SHIPPING
Shipping and Processing Fees
Standard Shipping and Processing
Most purchases are shipped from our location in Florida, to arrive within five business days from receipt of your order.
Rush Delivery and Processing
For an additional $15.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. (Orders received by 10:00 am CST Monday through Thursday arrive in two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday arrive on Tuesday.) We regret that this service is not available for some oversize items, out of stock items, items shipped directly from our supplier, and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Special conditions sometimes apply to the delivery of oversize items, perishables or merchandise shipped directly from the supplier. You'll find clarification of the shipping methods and times noted with the detailed product description.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
At present, we are only able to ship to the United States and U.S. Territories.
User Comments
We welcome your comments about our Web Site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively "Comments") sent to our Web Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of Sew Cherished. Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to Sew Cherished of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. Sew Cherished is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personal information you share with us (the phrase "personal information" means any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, etc.). The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you what personal information we may collect from you, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review and correct, the information. This policy applies only to customers in the United States.

When you purchase or order a product we ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, birth date, gender, occupation, personal interests, etc. We may also maintain a record of your product purchases.
Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on our Web Site. We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from us please let us know by sending us an email. Please be sure to include your email address, mailing address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, mailing address or other personal information with us please contact us the same way.
Please note that any requests to remove or update your personal information may take up to ten days for your email request and 6-8 weeks to process your postal mail request.
Protecting Children
Sew Cherished takes special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our Web Site is a general audience site. We do not send email correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13 without their parent's consent.
