Join us as we begin A Time for Gathering as a Block of the Month. This wool on cotton applique wall hanging was created by Kathy Cardiff from The Cottage at Cardiff Farms. My sister very graciously has made the beautiful spot dyed wool that I have used in mine and that is what will be included in your kits as well as the background fabric and any other wool needed for each month. Spot dyed wool is a painstaking process and will always require at least 2 separate dye sessions and sometimes 3 or 4. I have put very detailed photographs of each block on this post so that you can see the beauty that the spot dyed wool has created in each block. You will receive the border and binding fabrics the last month. The cost each month will be $35.00 + $4.00 S & H, for a 9 month program. The join fee is $22.00 (the cost of the book).  After you have signed up for the BOM I will be contacting you for more details so please make sure that your phone number and email are correct. This program will begin October 1st.
